The challenge

EasyOrder is a SaaS hospitality platform that lets guests order and pay from their phone with a QR code. Its product connects three different actors: the restaurant guest, the venue staff and whoever runs the business.

A product that connects three actors is hard to explain, and that was the site's problem: a visitor had to understand in seconds something that in practice involves three different people.

  • A market to educate: ordering and paying by QR is not a habit yet, so the site had to teach before it could sell.
  • Technical product, business audience: the decision maker is a restaurant owner, not a software buyer.
  • No organic surface: the product had nowhere to be found by someone looking to digitize their venue.

The cost was about growth: without a site that explained and converted, every new venue depended on a sales conversation.

The solution

We built the EasyOrder corporate site on one premise: that anyone understands the product in seconds, and that the path ends at the sales contact.

The work combined content architecture, design and frontend development, with on-site SEO built into the structure rather than added at the end.

Content architecture

  • The structure follows the order in which the product is understood: value proposition, how the platform works, benefits for the venue, features and contact.
  • Every section answers a visitor question instead of describing the product from the inside.

UX and UI design

  • Clear navigation and a visual hierarchy that puts benefits ahead of features.
  • A look aligned with technology products, so the site conveys innovation without explaining it.
  • An experience tuned for mobile, which is where the restaurant owner arrives.

Web development and on-site SEO

  • A fast, responsive frontend, ready to grow with the product.
  • Semantic structure, clean URLs and load speed handled during development.
  • An architecture aimed at the sector's searches: restaurant apps, QR ordering and hospitality software.

Architecture and technology

  • Frontend: responsive corporate site, tuned for performance.
  • Content: architecture defined before the design, not after.
  • On-site SEO: semantic structure and URLs following the Hábito 1 SEO structure manual.

The result

The site became EasyOrder's main digital entry point: the place where a restaurant understands the product and decides to get in touch.

The baseline is having no owned presence for the product.

Starting point

  • No owned site for the product: explaining it depended on a sales conversation.
  • A market with no education on QR ordering and payment.
  • No organic surface in the sector's searches.

Results achieved

  • The product explains itself: the content architecture answers visitor questions in order.
  • A path to contact: the site guides from discovery to the sales conversation.
  • An organic base in place: semantic structure, clean URLs and load speed handled during development.
  • Mobile experience: tuned for the device the restaurant owner arrives on.

Strategic impact

  • The product stopped depending on a conversation to be understood.
  • The site is the entry point for restaurants looking to go digital.
