The challenge

iSubasta intervenes in the sale of real estate assets within judicial and insolvency procedures. Its business is to mediate in enforcement operations.

That context defines the brand problem: there is an owner losing the asset on one side and an investor buying on the other, and there the identity has to convey professional rigor and transparency before opportunity.

  • Trust before promise: any tone suggesting a bargain works against the credibility of the procedure.
  • Two counterparts: investors on one side, legal professionals on the other.
  • No materials of its own: presenting to both required institutional pieces that did not exist.

In a category like this, perceived seriousness is not a brand attribute: it is the condition for the deal to exist.

The solution

We built the full identity and the materials the entity presents itself with, keeping rigor and transparency as the axis of every piece.

The work ran from the logo through to the team's business cards, on the same criteria across all media.

Identity

  • Assessment through brief and logo design, delivered in the versions needed for print, grayscale and digital use.
  • Certificate transferring logo rights to the client.

Brand manual and style guide

  • Definition of correct usage, palette, typography and applications.
  • General brand materials and usage delivered for application across every medium.

Institutional materials

  • Entity presentation dossier, articulating who they are, their mission and their values around professional rigor and procedural transparency.
  • Presentation piece for the real estate auction service, aimed at investors.
  • Institutional business cards for the team.

Architecture and technology

  • Identity system with logo, brand manual and style guide.
  • Institutional and commercial pieces derived from the same system.
  • Rights transfer certificate delivered as part of the package, not as a separate formality.

The result

The entity ended up with an identity that works in favor of procedural credibility, which is what its category demands.

Starting point

  • No defined brand identity and no usage manual.
  • No institutional materials to present to investors or to legal professionals.

Strategic impact

  • The rigor and transparency axis runs through every piece, not just the dossier.
  • The manual leaves usage defined for any future medium.
  • The entity can present itself to both audiences with materials of its own.
  • Logo rights transfer was certified to the client.
  • The team commercial pieces come from the same system, with no loose versions.
