Judicial real estate auction platform for iSubasta, self managed
iSubasta is a Spanish entity formed by legal and real estate professionals, specialized in realizing assets through judicial, insolvency and out of court routes.
An asset auction is not a store: every lot is unique, described by attributes that change with the asset type, carries participation conditions, requires a deposit to bid, and the circuit ends in a procedure with legal consequences.
And a different business line, the sale of credit, had to coexist with real estate without sharing structure.
We built the platform so the entity's own team runs it: creating auctions, defining each one's attributes and filters, publishing lots and managing orders.
Control of the economic circuit was designed around the point where an auction falls apart if it fails.
