Content redesign and acquisition strategy for the Revaly site

The site had the right structure and the wrong message: it spoke in generalities, did not name its integrations, never showed the product and buried its strongest lever, a free tier with no card.

The challenge

Revaly is a price intelligence SaaS platform. Its site was well built and did not convert, and the diagnosis was uncomfortable to say.

In a software product, a conversion problem is almost never about design but about specificity: the site spoke in aspirational, generic terms, which is exactly what does not help anyone decide.

  • Unnamed integrations: described vaguely instead of naming the platforms the product connects to.
  • Invisible product: not a single image of the tool in use.
  • Buried lever: the free tier with no card, the strongest argument, was relegated.

Combined with no social proof, no figures and inconsistent tone, the visitor left without material to decide on.

The solution

We rewrote the site around quantified results and industry use cases, and designed the landing strategy so every ad reaches a page answering what it promised.

The starting point was a diagnosis of concrete barriers to signup, not an opinion about design.

A structure with a reading order

  • Rewritten hero and social proof bar, problem statement and how it works in three steps.
  • Results with figures, industry use cases and features presented by benefit.
  • Integrations named with their API, before and after comparison, testimonials and close.

Copy with mandatory backing

  • Full copy ready to publish.
  • Explicit marking of every claim requiring a real figure before going live, so no number publishes unbacked.
  • Unified tone and address across the site.

Acquisition aligned with the message

  • Landing strategy for paid campaigns, aligned with the use cases.
  • Interactive savings calculator defined as a lead capture hook.
  • The free tier with no card moves from relegated to primary call to action.

Architecture and technology

  • Signup barrier diagnosis, new page structure and copy ready to publish.
  • Use case landings for paid campaigns.

The result

The site went from speaking aspirationally to showing product, figures and integrations by name.

Starting point

  • Generic message, with no industries and no use cases.
  • Integrations described vaguely, without naming the platforms.
  • No social proof, no figures and not one image of the product in use.
  • Free tier with no card relegated, despite being the strongest lever.

Strategic impact

  • Every claim needing a real figure was marked, so no number publishes unbacked.
  • Landings answer what each ad promises instead of pointing at the homepage.
  • The savings calculator turns the product argument into a reason to leave contact details.
