The challenge

FLEB manufactures and distributes fasteners from the Hudson Industrial Park. Its product is technical and, at first glance, undifferentiated.

Screws, nuts and washers are not sold through an emotional catalog: they are sold through trust in the supplier, delivery capacity and technical backing, and that is what a site has to convey.

  • No apparent differentiator: the argument is not in the part but in who delivers it and with what backing.
  • Industrial buyer: they look for a specific family and need to find it fast, not to walk through a presentation.
  • Reach beyond the country: without an English version, part of the business has no channel.

A generic site for this trade does not undercommunicate: it communicates what does not matter.

The solution

We built the site around the criteria an industrial buyer uses to evaluate a supplier, with the catalog organized so they find without wandering.

It was built custom rather than on a third party content manager.

Site architecture

  • Institutional presentation, mission and vision, product catalog, news, contact and terms.
  • Spanish and English versions with a language switcher.

The catalog, by family

  • Organization and photography of the fastener families: screws, and grower nuts and washers.
  • Navigable catalog built so the buyer reaches their family directly.
  • A news section to sustain the workshop's communication without touching the catalog.

The arguments that decide

  • Backing indicator block with years in business, number of clients and square meters of warehouse.
  • Pillars of commitment, technology and warranty, which are the real criteria for evaluating an industrial supplier.

Architecture and technology

  • Custom bilingual build, with look and feel, typography and graphic material production.
  • Analytics implemented to follow visitor behavior.
  • Product family photography as the base of the navigable catalog.

The result

The site communicates what actually decides an industrial purchase, and does it in both languages of the business.

Starting point

  • A technical product with no digital channel conveying backing or capacity.
  • Catalog without navigable organization by family.
  • No English version for business outside the domestic market.

Strategic impact

  • Track record, clients and warehouse space become visible arguments rather than conversation points.
  • The photographed catalog by family shortens the industrial buyer's path.
  • The English version opens the channel to non local business.
  • Analytics shows which families get consulted, so the catalog can be adjusted with data.
